Merry Christmas, ****
"It seems that Focal Length does not have an effect on brightness or quality, but it does on the 'Width' of the subject, with less length stretching the subject by making them taller, and more length creating a wider subject."

Let's Pour...

IT'S NOT WINE
"Now of course the angle of the picture could be better, but the idea was to use a white box for a nice background but also some reflection.
It was a simple one light, and I believed it to be better to do it without a flash as there could have been problems generated.
It's also hard to show a pouring motion with it having either too much shutter speed or not enough.
This was the result."

Chocolate

"I shouldn't take all the credit as it was Dylan that brought the chocolate, but the setup was a box light with another, both at a 45* angle with the chocolate on top of the greyhounds desk.
Using flash was unavailable, so I used full light instead, which did make it appear more 'natural' in a sort of fashion.
Although not as pure as some chocolates, this would seem more realistic as to what you might get if you got desert at a restaurant."
